Who is Messiah ?

Messiah is a person whom some religions believe that He will come to the world to pick people up to the eternal life. When the world is almost over, the Messiah, the Son of Living God will save people who believe in Him. One person who is estimated as the Messiah is JESUS CHRIST.

In this world, we know two kinds of belief to Jesus. The first is belief which believes that Jesus is the Messiah, The Living Son of God.  The belief as following Christian, Roman Catholic, etc.  The second is belief which believes that Jesus is not the Messiah. He was just an ordinary person who regarded Himself as the Messiah. The belief as following Judaism ( Jewish religion ).

Some religions like Christian and Roman Catholic believe that Jesus is the Messiah. They believe that Jesus died on a cross to redeem people’s lives. And they also believe that after three days, Jesus would rise again and he would be raised by God to come back to heaven. But people who believe in Him shoudn’t worry, because in the end of the world, before life is full of sorrow and bad people, no shelter, no refuge, no certainty, no love, no joy, no one to believe, He will come to pick us up to live with Him eternally in heaven.

What about Messiah in Judaism?

Judaism is a religion from Jewish. Judaism is a religion by blood. If you have no Jewish ancestry, you can’t be a Judaism. But if you marry Jewish, you can be a Judaism.

Many people in entertainmen have Jewish ancestry, such as P!nk, Adam Levine, Gwyneth Paltrow, Robert Downey Jr, Jake Gyllenhaal, Daniel Radcliff, Zac Efron, Mila Kunis, Amanda Bynes, Scarlett Johansson, Shia LaBeouf, Adam Brody, and many more. Other famous people are Mark Zuckenberg ( the owner of Facebook ) and Steve Jobs ( the owner of Apple ). Not all of them are Judaism. Not many Jewish people become a Judaism now. But there are many Judaism in Israel now.

Judaism doesn’t believe that Jesus is the Messiah. They believe that Messiah has not come yet, so they have been waiting for Messiah to come by praying all year at “Tembok Ratapan”.

Judaism doesn’t believe that Jesus rose from the grave either. They believe that Jesus died and His rising was only a hoax.

Religion is somehthing we can’t force to believe. It’s every people’s rights whether they want to believe or not.

But I believe in Jesus. Jesus is my Messiah. And He rose from the grave to redeem our lives. There’s a song blessed me so much. It’s called ‘Amazing Grace’. Re-sung by Susan Boyle, a singer from Britain’s Got Talent.

For people believing in Jesus Christ, He is our Amazing Grace. He, the Only Son of God, came to this dirty world, to save a wretch like us. If He had never come, we would have never been able to get the salvation. We will never get the eternal life. We will die in vain.

But more than 2000 years ago, Jesus came and saved our lives. Now He has come back to heaven. But don’t worry. As long as you love and believe in Him, He will never leave you! He will come and pick you up! He is a faithful best friend! He will never forget His promise!
